    I stopped by the Mercedes Dealership in regards to some tire issues. Johnny was the rep who had greated me and he was super helpful. He helped reassure me about the condition of my tires and gave me a lot of information on the type of services that the dealership provided.

    Johnny and Michael in customer service were absolutely fantastic today efficient and help me with my side car door mirrors within a matter of minutes. I love coming to a dealership that is accountable and responsive to what the client needs !

    Always go to Henderson. Don't make the mistake of going to fletchers. Henderson knows how to practice empathy when they're next loaner isn't available until a couple days, to opening the doors for there customers, offering water on hot days, taking the time to work with you, following up and delivering on their word, and lastly asking questions to identify your needs to then make adequate suggestions. I've worked with about three different sales reps at Henderson and each time they are honest, professional, charismatic, and knowledgeable on their products. Henderson also doesn't try any of those sales tactics like Fletchers tries. Our maintenance experience has always been the best and they deliver on their promises. We once and only once had a small issue while servicing the car, but man they took care of us right away. A shoutout to Diego who was our last rep to recently help us and he was a true reminder of our loyalty to Henderson. Thank you,

    Late post from March 2024. Sales: Stopped by to test drive a couple of cars and was greeted by sales associate Roger Campbell, who BTW was awesome. He grabbed the keys to the 2 cars I was considering buying, an E-Class and an S-Class which fortunately for me were side by side for easy comparison (although in all honesty, you really can't compare the two vehicles as one is sporty and the other is pure luxury). Took both cars for a spin and fell in love with the S-Class. Told Roger I needed to think on it and he said to give him a call whenever I made my decision. I really appreciated the fact that he didn't pressure me into buying a car right at that moment. We went and had breakfast and my daughter gave me the nudge I needed saying to just get it mom. LOL. Got on the phone with my insurance company to get a quote, drove right back to MB and told Roger I wanted the car. We were in and out pretty quickly. Roger was awesome, the finance guy and the MB car guru lady who knows absolutely everything about the Mercedes features were all amazing. You made my purchase a seamless experience and much mahalo for that. This is my first Mercedes, but I'm pretty sure it won't be my last :-) Service: Needed to check my AC as it seemed to be exceptionally loud and the gas cover fell off (WTH). Fortunately, I also had a great experience with my service rep and they hooked me up with a loaner as well. Everything checked out and they were able to replace my gas cover. Thanks MB service dept.
